Each of the 10 questions provides the first and last points of something, or of a sequence of things.  Name the item or the sequence.

Beware the last point given in a sequence will often just be the last point at the time the question was compiled and may not be the valid last point at a later date.

Many of the first/last points given in the questions are clued cryptically and, beware, the answer to question 9 depends on local West Didsbury, Manchester knowledge.
