In the meantime the links take you to the Question paper as it was first entered onto the website.

"The pictures accompanying each of the WithQuiz-style rounds were much appreciated and added significantly to the entertainment for both teams"
"The scoring was spectacularly high"
"Plenty of twos (indeed if you were in any doubt and didn't go for a two then there's a good chance that your team lost). But on the down side an experimental dalliance with a new sort of round (Round 4) that missed the mark - for some teams by quite a mile."
"The stats show that it was a very well-balanced paper with only four unanswered questions and a combined score of 80."
"Most of you seemed to enjoy the craft that went into the Bingo rounds at the end of the evening. Not just well-judged questions but plenty of quirky information on the side that delighted all."
"Certainly not the cascade of points that we had in the season's previous two Wednesday outings but nevertheless an engaging challenge."
"No complaints at the Albert Club where we enjoyed the paper greatly."
"Despite our mauling we largely enjoyed the questions."
"We've had much more interesting and varied fare from the Albert in the past."
"Most unlike a typical Ethel paper - erudition yes, but quite a bit of playfulness"
"All in all loads of diversity in this paper"
"Really enjoyable quiz."
"An entertaining and thoughtful paper compiled by Gerry. Plenty of erudition and not a little whimsy."
"We thought it was an absolute gem of a paper - hats off to Gerry."
"Another good paper full of diverse subjects and engagingly varied ways of seeking answers."
"....there were plenty of points on offer."
"I think we enjoyed this quiz more than most"
"Plenty of occasions when individuals contributed parts of an answer that was then put together by the team."
"Thought provoking and fun quiz from the Donuts."
"All in all it was a very enjoyable paper with a lot of variety and some well thought out questions."
"We enjoyed the paper. Lots of variety and, even if some of the pairings were a bit unbalanced, it seemed to even out overall."
"A fairly conventional paper with three rounds of paired questions, a bit of 'Double entendre' material in Round 2, a 'Missing item in a list' round, a couple of themed rounds and a 'Pick Your Own Doom' in Round 8."
"Every round themed on a particular topic with only one of these themes hidden..... loads of invention (which I think is the glory of our laissez-faire format) with special praise for the Post Code lottery in Round 6."
"It is fair to say that both teams found the first half of the quiz hard going but the second half seemed far more accessible."
"A gloriously retro affair perfectly in tune with our celebration season when we are looking back over the past 40 years quizzing that has got us to where we are. "
"No themes, no pairs, no run-ons, no bingo and no essays attached to the answer to inform you of everything the question-setter also knows about the subject in question."
"A very interesting and enjoyable quiz"
"It was a very odd quiz in that it didn't feel at all easy and yet there were twos just lying in the street waiting to be picked off.....in other words the senior quiz wranglers from Old Lansdowne Road snuck a belter of a paper past us and no one noticed until it was all over."
"....pretty tough but full of variety and plenty of interesting material with a heavy flavouring of Ireland and literature."
"A combined score of 75 suggests a 'good standard par' quiz - however we found it rather taxing."
"A very low-scoring paper....the last round was pretty unpopular, given that about half of the questions, particularly the first two, could only be answered by guesswork"
"We generally enjoyed the paper, with a number of questions causing furious conferring on both sides"
"....a very good paper which gave everyone a fair go...." - "....several contenders for the best Run Ons ever...." - ".....Good questions and interesting variety...."
"Plenty of points to be had and quite a few interesting chats along the way"
"Very good quiz and well done Brian. Good fun tonight"
"Opsi Brian yet again produced a superb paper, perfectly balanced to give both teams a very fair chance of victory"
"Quite a high scoring game......the match speeded up in the second half - as can be imagined the complexities of spoonerisms and run-ons did result in a few 'constipaters' in the first half."
"Tonight's paper ...... was a real brainteaser with plenty for the old grey matter to chew on."
"The phrase 'one of the best papers this season' kept coming up in the reports. When there is such unanimity it probably means it was the best"
"Probably our favourite paper of the season so far."
"The paper was a curate's egg of a quiz - some delightful questions and some needing a nose peg"
"Although on the whole enjoying the paper .... there were some tricky moments and I counted 16 unanswered questions"
"By common consent this was a first rate paper with plenty of points to be had for those that worked hard"
"We all enjoyed the paper, plenty of variety and lots of questions which invoked spirited debates!"
"A wide range in the aggregate scores on this paper"
"Some good rounds and questions"
"It was a clever paper .... unfortunately much of the time it was too clever for us."
'WithQuiz at 40' nostalgia quiz specially set for the 40th anniversary celebrations - full of questions set in the league many years ago as recalled by Roddy
"So plenty of points on offer and, for most of you, a well-liked set of questions"
"....definitely favouring whoever went first"
"Plenty of interest and opportunities for logical guesses."
"....the perfect paper on which to end our league season"
"....such a brilliant, fair, competitive paper"
"We enjoyed the paper greatly; lots of variety and some very tricky questions. Some of the pairs were a bit unbalanced but it evened out overall."
"A well-crafted paper that seemed a suitable examination for the 4 teams contesting these finals."
"It was agreed that Greg had set an excellent quiz; just the right level of difficulty and much to interest and entertain."
"The Bards should be congratulated for producing a very decent paper"
"....there was plenty of interesting material on offer"
"Oh, and the theme in Round 2 was nicely done"
"We thoroughly enjoyed tonight's paper. The setters crafted a paper that suited us down to the ground, enabling us to make constructive guesses even when uncertain about the answer."
"The first half of the paper was judged 'pretty hard' with only 28 points scored (as against 38 in the second half)"
"....the Shrimps conjured up a paper of great merit that just nicely hit the season's average aggregate score."
"The quiz was certainly a challenge - and of University Challenge standard too."
'Knocked Out United'
"This was a suitably interesting paper with which to close the 2017/18 campaign proving that when everyone pulls together the sum of WithQuiz's parts can be greater than any one team's contribution."
"The Charas' Rhyming Couplets Round was voted the best of the evening - it was a great idea."
